1. Where is the visitor parking for Quest condos?
Visitor parking is located at the rear of the building, found both on surface level and underground.
2. How many visitor parking stalls are there?
Total number of visitor spots will be in the range of 12.
3. How about owner parking?
A purchaser receives one titled, heated underground parking stall when they purchase a unit, this is included in the purchase price.
4. How many floors of residential are there?
There are 22 floors at Quest:
Main floor is street level commercial and lobby.
Second floor has two units and amenity space.
Seven condos per floor from floors 3 – 15
Four Sub-Penthouse condos per floor from 16 – 20
Two Penthouse condos per floor from 21 - 22.
5. Will all Quest units have balconies?
Yes, all units have very spacious balconies.
6. Do the balconies at Quest have built in BBQ lines?
Yes, we feature built in BBQ lines as a standard feature.
7. How many of each style are there at Quest?
Of the seven units found on floors 3-15, four are two bedrooms, two are one bedrooms, and one is a one plus den. Rest of the floors have two bedrooms plus.
8. What about heat and air conditioning for the suite?
Each unit has a highly efficient individual heat pump system. A heat pump has the ability to both heat and cool a unit making it a very economical and efficient home comfort system. You will have full control of the temperature you desire to keep in your individual suite.
9. What are Condo Fees and What do they include?
Condo fees include heat, water, maintenance, building insurance and contributions to a reserve fund for future expenses.
10. Are Pets Allowed?
A maximum of 2 small pets, based on certain conditions, shall be permitted.
11. Where is the storage located for each Quest condo?
Ample storage is found in your condo unit.

There are 2 elevators
13. How many residences at Quest Condominiums in total?
There are 117 suites.
14. When will Quest be ready for occupancy?
Units are ready for IMMEDIATE occupancy. You don’t have to wait to get into a brand new condo at Quest.
15. What is located in the general area?
McEwan University downtown campus, LRT Station, farmers market, potential new “Arena District” and arena, central downtown offices, city centre mall, Oliver square and the river valley. You can find more information on the emerging area at www.revitalizedowntown.ca
16. What does “10 day right of rescission” mean?
Alberta Legislation mandates a 10 day period for buyers of new condominiums to review all documentation. If, at the end of that time period, you decide not to buy all you have to do is notify us in writing and we will refund your deposit in full.
17. Can the buyer and seller agree to waive the 10 day right of rescission?
No, the 10 day rescission period is provincial legislation and contracting parties cannot agree to waive it.
18. Should the buyer have their lawyer review the paper work?
All buyers are encouraged to access all avenues of advice.
19. Will the buyers be able to add conditions to their offer?
Buyers must satisfy any concerns during the 10 day rescission period.
20. What if the buyer requires a condition to allow time to arrange their financing?
Again, financing will need to be arranged during the 10 day rescission period.
21. Will the buyer be able to request changes to the color of the walls, counter tops, carpet, appliances, tile etc?
Five different modern color schemes were professionally developed with the assistance of an interior decorator at Quest. At this time all units are fully complete and color schemes have already been pre-selected. Any changes to any aspect of the condo will need to be completed by the owner after possession.
22. Will Quest Condominiums staff ever disparage another condo development to help sell their product?
Regency Developments prides itself on the core principals of respect, honesty and integrity and all representatives of Regency are held to this standard. No disrespect will ever be shown towards another developer.
23. Will Quest Condominiums treat all buyers with the greatest of respect, in a courteous, forthright and fair manner at all times?
We believe this is the best approach and one we all benefit from. It is a mandate based on Regency Developments core principals.
24. Where exactly is Quest Condominiums located?
We are located on the North East corner of the intersection, at 105th Street and 104th Avenue. Directly across the street from Grant MacEwan University.
